a sample of the "basement sessions"

okay, here we go....

ok i usually keep my training ideas reserved for just myself and my clients but i thought i would share one workout with anyone that reads these blogs that me and my amigo rich menna do.
if your attempting this workout and want to do it exactly like me and rich then u better be in shape and like to sweat! you may need to purchase various equipment but this wasn't a problem for us as i already have said equipment available to me. we also did this with a set of stairs available to us as well. i suggest chedoke golf coarse!

with that said, here we go:

start out with tractor tire flips jumping into and out of the tire with your partner following right behind you(make sure you clear out before your partner flips the tire on you!)

next, 1 minute of sledge hammer slams on the tire switching sides every 5 hits(the heavier the sledge the tougher the workout!

next 3 level stair sprints up and down as fast as you can 5 times.

finally we finish the set with a round each of fast paced pad work, who ever is the tiredest goes first! if your by yourself grab a set of 1 lb. dumbells and shadow box.

we do this 3 times through, its fast, tough and one hell of a stress reliever!
