ok, here we go....
a quick little congrates to my client shelley thorsen. shelley has been working with me for quite some time and is seeing magnificent results. this woman is making a REAL lifestyle change! you will be hard pressed to see someone work as hard as this woman does. watching her do her workloads is almost like watching someone that is posessed. her goal as of right now is to be under a specific weight. she is soooooo close she can taste it!
i feel that with alittle proper food management she can be at her goal weight by this time next week, it is up to her! i do feel that this will be a huge hurdle for her to get through. a monumental mental block will be finaly put to rest and i feel this will be her passage to the promissed land.
onward and upward shelley! no stoping now!
