the "angry" trainer and the cold weather!

ok, here we go. another blog by the "angry trainer" thats what i should've named my blog. a place where i can go and rant about anything. so todays is on the weather!

i am canadian, proud of this, proud of my healthcare system but damn do i hate the cold!!!! i hate the cold so much that i think canada should stake a claim into cuba and makie that a province. after all we canadians are welcome to visit and enjoy cuba any time of the year(can't say the same about our american neighbours!)

anyways, i was recently down at westdale high school for a "fun" run to beifit the people of haiti. i droped off a little donation, shook some hands, kissed a few babies and just as it was time to commence our run/walk, made a quick exit stage left back to my warm car! those people are true troopers, man it was too cold for this boy. i am glad my running ladies that i see every tuesday/thursday mornings had brought this run to our attention and i was glad i made it down to the highschool to show some support for the people of haiti.
