the return of my best lady to recreational fitness body building...Lyndsay dejager will be returning to her passion of building one of the most awesome bodies i have witnessed as a trainer. whats sic about her is she doesn't even compete!!! wow let me tell you guys she makes most hard core fighters look mortal when she's in the gym and it will be great to see her back in the gym soon, welcome back babes.

finally watch out for all Canadian fitness to be starting up our 8 week "women's only" kickboxing program. that's right folks we will be staring a class for women only very soon and will focus on fun, focus and of course kick butt routines to blast away the Christmas shopping blues.....stay tuned!
